Objective
Charles Proper, a new salon in Charlotte's South End, sought to increase brand awareness by showcasing their unique business model, which focuses on paying stylists better and giving them more ownership over their businesses.
What We've Done
1. Brand Story Video: Created a compelling brand story video that highlights Charles Proper's innovative approach to salon ownership and quality.
2. Short Videos: Produced three short videos that showcase the salon's services, atmosphere, and talented stylists.
Creative Process
1. Concept Development: Collaborated with owners Josh and Drew Pennington to develop a narrative that effectively communicates Charles Proper's unique selling points.
2. Filming and Editing: Captured footage of the salon, stylists at work, and client interactions to create engaging and authentic videos.
3. Post-Production: Edited videos to highlight the salon's upscale yet welcoming atmosphere and the skill and passion of its stylists.
Results
The videos successfully increased brand awareness for Charles Proper, attracting more customers and establishing the salon as a go-to destination for quality hair care in the Charlotte area.
